While this remarkable feat is certainly attributed to the team’s great success on the field, it also reflects the Phillies organization’s loyalty to the fans.

Just by taking a look at the official Phillies website, you will find that the franchise truly does care about and cater to all of it’s fans. The site is filled with plenty of Phillies related articles, news and video to keep fans informed and entertained when there isn’t a game to watch. Fans are also provided with the opportunity to win big prizes and can conveniently purchase tickets and official merchandise in a couple clicks. Most importantly, the Phillies website has a section highlighting their many service efforts that they participate in around the community.

The Phillies don’t forget about their younger fans, either. There’s a section on the site catering especially to Phillies fans aged 14 and younger. By doing this, the Phillies are growing a great fan-base for the future.

Although some companies might slack on keeping their customers happy once they’ve reached a certain point of success, the Philadelphia Phillies know that providing a strong online connection is a key strategy to maintain and build it’s fan-base.
